Having retired as Senior Vice President, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (an independent quasi judicial body formed by the Government of India under the Central Ministry of Law & Justice), Mr. R. P. Garg is currently practicing as an advocate in High Courts and Supreme Court of India. He is also a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and carries a rich experience of more than 39 years. He has expertise in matters related to income tax, accountancy, audit, corporate affairs, Competition Act, constitutional law, arbitration and conciliation, mergers and acquisitions, tenancy and easement, gold control, private and public international law, administrative law and other allied civil and criminal laws and procedures & Indian Penal Code. He is a co‑author of books on income tax law, law of limitation, arbitration law, and international law.

Pramod K. Gupta
Director, Macro Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Gupta carries a rich experience of 34 years in the finance sector and is a practicing Chartered Accountant in the name of Pramod K Gupta & Co, Chartered Accountants . He has been instrumental in various joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions. He has been a consultant and advisor to a number of public sector and private sector companies like TISCO, SAIL, Coal India Ltd., American Express (I) Limited, Videocon, Grasim Industries, etc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and Institute of Marketing Management and has acted as an examiner for these institutes.

Rakesh K. Gupta
Director, Macro Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Gupta worked as a consultant and advisor for 14 years with assignments in areas like Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management Audits, Corporate Taxation & Planning, etc. Since 1999, he has been a full-time Director of Macro Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. and has played a key role in the growth of the company.

Praveen Gupta
Head – Operations & Quality, Macro Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Praveen Gupta is a leader in the healthcare industry for 10+ years with rich and varied experience in transcription, billing, coding, receivables management, and medical practice management for multi-specialty clinics and in training aspirants in healthcare industry. He currently heads the quality & operations of Macro Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. and is on the Advisory Board of Contexo Media, Utah. He has also authored two books “…the making of a transcriptionist” and “…the making of an editor” distributed amongst contemporaries & professionals within the industry and aimed at helping aspiring medical language specialists. He regularly provides educational sessions for the billing office staff in addition to the providers and their employees regarding documentation and care issues. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt Professional and is currently working on implementing six sigma principles to the healthcare industry. He is also a certified Nutrition & Wellness Advisor.

Mr. Maxwell Pereira

Now an active advisor and consultant on administration & police matters, Mr. Pereira retired as Jt. Commissioner of Police – New Delhi Range. He has a law degree and is a sought after analyst & speaker on television and is a freelance writer. He has been honored time and again by Government of India and various national and international organizations.

Dr. Anil Kohli

Padam Shree, Padam Bhusan Dr. Kohli is having a flourishing dental practice and is one of the most respected dentist in the country. He is also President of Dental Council of India and Indian Endodontics Society. He is an honorary dental surgeon to the President and Prime Minister of India. He has been awarded “Bharat Shiromani Award” by the GOI and “Ayurvigyan Shree” by the President of India. He has also been granted honorary rank of Brigadier in the Armed Forces Dental Services.

Dr. B.B.L. Madhukar

A Ph.D. and D.Litt. In the area of Economic Development, Dr. Madhukar is an expert on legal and arbitration matters and is empaneled as an Expert in International Trade with the United Nations. Having retired as Chairman & Managing Director of MMTC Ltd., Dr. Madhukar is working as Consultant to several companies advising on issues relating to international business, industrial units, legal matters, HR, and Finance. He is also a guest faculty at several MBA institutes.

Dr. Vivek Aggarwal (MBBS, MS, M.Ch (Endocrine Surgery)

Dr. Aggarwal is a Consultant Surgeon (Endocrine & Breast Surgery) in Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, New Delhi. He graduated from University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, in 1997 and did his post graduation in General Surgery from Lady Harding Medical College. He is amongst the first few qualified Endocrine Surgeons of this country.
